Photo: Collins Courts<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ms White was attending the reception of her colleagues\u00a0wedding when she tripped on the dance floor on the petals at approximately 2.30am. The 53-year-old told the court that there was a &#8220;serious scrum&#8221; when the bouquet was tossed at around 12.30pm, and the result were petals all over the dance floor. The hotel is the Aherlow House in Co Tipperary.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_88852\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-88852\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-88852\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.easyweddings.com\/files\/2021\/10\/30064233\/image.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"673\" title=\"\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-88852\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Wedding venue: the Aherlow House Hotel in Co Tipperary<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ms White said that her right foot skidded on the dance floor and she fell backwards, hit her head and heard a cracking noise.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_88854\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-88854\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-88854 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.easyweddings.com\/files\/2021\/10\/30064235\/iStock-174660949.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"483\" title=\"\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-88854\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">wedding guest sues<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;I got a shock. The pain was so bad, I could not talk, I could not move my arm,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Ms White was transferred by ambulance to a hospital. She had surgery to her arm and was in a cast for seven weeks, but still feels pain.\u00a0&#8220;My arm is painful every day.
