Jordana and Christopher turn it up for festive wedding

A pre-wedding sports day, vodka-filled cupcakes and a comedian; this festive wedding had everything.

High-school sweethearts Jordana Price and Christopher Donnelly, aged 22 and 24 respectively, met at just 15-years-old in Cookstown. They wanted their wedding at the Killyhevlin Hotel in Enniskillen to be perfect – the lead-up included!

“The run-up to the wedding was so exciting, planning the hen, stag and pre-wedding parties. Any excuse for a party, and we had it planned!” smiles the bride. “My aunty even had a family pre-wedding sports day for us which was amazing!”

Then came the main event, the couple saying their ‘I dos’ before 175 guests on June 25, 2016. There was entertainment at the church, a band at the hotel on arrival and another band later in the evening. “My mum and dad also booked May McFettridge who is a famous comedian,” explains Jordana.

The reception was filled with beautiful décor including a star-lit dancefloor. The bride’s mum created an eight-tier wedding cake which included vodka-infused cupcakes. There was even an open-mic opportunity for the guests!

“The next day we booked 60 of us to go to a bar in Enniskillen where we hired a band and had a barbeque,” says Jordana. “We had also booked a boat to transport everyone to the bar.”

The couple were chauffeured in vintage style by professionals I Do Wedding Cars & Limo Hires.

Jordana’s Justin Alexander gown featured a crystal-encrusted boat neckline and cap sleeves, with her bridesmaids and flower girls in blush tones from Perfect Day.

“We had the best day of our lives,” smiles Jordana.
