Jess and Daniel don’t take life too seriously, so they wanted their minimal romantic wedding to reflect their laid-back nature.
“The priority for us was keeping it as chilled and relaxed as possible with plenty of food, dancing and laughing,” Jess, 27, explains of the September 8, 2018 celebrations.
“We didn’t want to have a strict time table, we wanted guests to enjoy the day and not feel as if it was some sort of theatre production.”
She and Daniel, 30, were joined by 120 friends and family for the love-filled ceremony at St Lawrence Church in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Forty more guests joined in the evening celebrations at nearby Cripps Barn.
The couple says there is nothing they would change about their romantic wedding.
“Our wedding had something for everyone, from the organist, to the string quartet, the live band to the DJ set. It was full of laughter, dancing and copious amounts of food and drink,” Jess says. “Most importantly it was not taken too seriously.”

Jess discovered her dress at The Bridal House. “It was the first one I tried on, I went on to try more but went back alone to ensure it was the right one,” she says.
Jess and Daniel met on a night out in their hometown. “I made the first move and walked over to Dan and told him I liked his shoes. He then did the chasing, searching through our mutual friends on Facebook, numbers were exchanged and 10 years later here we are,” Jess says.
Kushi Cars added a kitsch touch to the wedding transport with their Indian-decor wedding car.
“We just work- we are both pretty chilled, have a good work/social balance and never take life too seriously. He is my best friend and the male version of me,” Jess says of Daniel.
Daniel was dressed in a classic navy three-piece suit from Marks and Spencer.
