Football lovers Valentina and Ricardo host elegant indoor wedding

Valentina first met Ricardo while visiting her parents in Venezuela. There, the self-confessed football lovers enjoyed a whirlwind two-month romance before Valentina returned to the UK.

After only knowing each other for five months, Ricardo proposed to Valentina when the pair met again in Dominican Republic.

Not wasting any time, the couple, aged 24 and 26 respectively, hosted their elegant indoor wedding just a year after their first meeting. 100 guests joined the September 22, 2018 festivities held at Maremares Hotel in Lecheria, Venezuela.

After the wedding, Valentina and Ricardo held two post-wedding photoshoots that captured who they are as a couple.

In the first photoshoot the football lovers, dressed to the nines in their wedding finery, played in a local football stadium while photographer Joan Rivero captured the moment. Then later, the pair visited one of their hometown beaches at 6am to pose with the sun as it rose.

Valentina wore an incredible JS Couture gown purchased just three months before the wedding.

Valentina arrived in Venezuela a month before the wedding, where Ricardo presented her with a second engagement ring.
