So, we had the engagement party on the weekend which was fantastic! The whole night flew by, so I can’t even imagine what the wedding will be like!
We invited 120 of our closest friends and family and held it at a function venue in Ferntree Gully, Vic.
I felt like I barely had any conversations, but I felt like I was talking the entire night.
I whipped up 14 kids’ packs to keep the children amused on the night. They included colouring books, crayons, Slinkys, toys & lollies. This was great as the kids were entertained all night and kept to themselves and the adults could party. The kids absolutely loved them!
We had finger food and plenty of drinks, all of the desert table food was thoroughly enjoyed and there was heaps left over (I always over cater)
We had made a playlist and had a dance at the end of the night – I just wished we could have kept dancing all night.
Everything went to plan.
The only scare was when I went to put on my dress and the zip almost broke! It just wouldn’t go up, but my sister remained calm and fixed it!
Good on her as I think if it had of broke I may have had a melt down.
But, all went well – everyone enjoyed themselves – was an aswesome night!
