I attempted dress shopping again, and this time round it was not such a disaster.
I went with a colleague from Easy Weddings, to the first store, and then my mother and another friend to a different store. I was actually really surprised that my mother showed interest in coming at all, she doesn’t really see the point in my fiance and I getting married because we have three children already, but I was wrapped when she asked me if she could come along. It was nice to have a family member interested. Anyway point of this is that I found not one but two dresses that I loved. I went from no dresses to two dresses!
I then went on the hunt to find a dress that incorporated both of the dresses. I know, wishful thinking! So I thought. I actually found it. It is perfect, everything I could have wished for an more. Everything I wanted and it fits like a glove! Not to mention it fits in perfectly with the theme.
Don’t worry that’s not the dress… but how funny would it be if it was! Now I kind of wish it was just picturing everyones faces if I walk down the aisle in this beauty.
