After just six months of dating, Kim Kardashian, 30, finally got her man – and an engagement ring thought to be worth at least $2 million.
The uber-hip socialite’s newly minted fiance, New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries, 26, popped the question on May 18 – on bended knee, no less – but only after whipping out a gargantuan, custom made 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring.
“OMGGGGGGG!!!!!!!! It’s true!” wrote Kim on her blog, “I couldn’t be happier!
“Thank you guys for all of the sweet messages!!! I finally found my missing puzzle piece, I’m complete!”
Kim told People magazine that she was shocked to find Humphries waiting on bended knee in her bedroom with the words, “Will you marry me?” spelled out in red rose petals.
The couple began dating in December last year after meeting in New York and are yet to announce a wedding date.
“My hand was shaking as he put the ring on my finger, shaking!” she told People in an exclusive interview.
Kim’s marriage to Kris will be her second. She was married to music producer Damon Thomas from 2000 – 2004.
