Who could forget Kate and Wills’ big day, which is thought to have been watched by more than one billion people across the globe?
Today, April 29, the happy couple mark their second wedding anniversary and it’s a decidedly low-key affair.
Kate will spend the day visiting children’s hospices before heading off to spend some private time with her royal hubby of two years, Prince William.
It’s a far cry from the grandeur of their wedding day two years ago, which was filled pomp and ceremony and cost a whopping $33 million, making it the fifth most expensive wedding ceremony on record.
The couple, officially known as The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are expecting their first child in mid-July.
