Robert Denholm House is an impressive late Victorian mansion of historical interest, set in 25 acres of beautiful countryside in Nutfield, near Redhill. It’s an elegant building within easy reach of London, in a tranquil setting that’s a world away from modern suburban life.
Robert Denholm House has been occupied by TLP Ltd since 1994. We’ve added modern facilities while retaining the character and period features. Bedrooms, reception rooms, staff kitchens and the old dairy are all now rented as comfortable office suites. We use the servants’ quarters as our admin area, and the basement for secure storage units. The original dining room and ballroom are set out in boardroom and meeting room style and available for hire, while the extensive grounds can be booked for corporate functions.
The main house has 59 bright rooms that have been extensively refurbished while retaining the original decorative ironwork, coloured glass and moulded ceilings. The south elevation is particularly impressive, with its fine terrace overlooking the rolling Surrey hills. The imposing reception area includes stunning rose-and-leaf windows by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, as well as a grand sweeping staircase and gallery. Approached via a grand driveway, our large country house has plenty of parking for your convenience.
