Preceding generations were Northamptonshire shoemakers and leather tanners. High quality natural products, exceptional artisan skills and sheer hard work were their mantra. We inherited these values, values which translated beautifully into creating a special hotel and a great restaurant. Our father, Peter, inspired us. His wife Sheila just loved us and believed in us. We shared their vision.
