About
John has been involved in the wedding industry for many years and with the help of other members of the team been able to deliver some spectacular weddings to our clients. John's favourite thing to do is to create a bespoke menu for the wedding breakfast. Some examples of unusual ones that meant something special to the couple include cooking Grandpa's pie which was an old family recipe and on another occasion, the bride's favourite meal was breakfast so for their main course they had a fry up.

No, not at all. We have seasonal menus to guide you along the way though you don’t have to pick from these at all. We will have a meeting 6 months before the big day to confirm the details of your bespoke meal.
