The architecturally stunning building was built in 1866 as one of Birmingham’s first free libraries and has been faithfully restored under the watchful eye of English Heritage to create an exciting and versatile venue for an array of events, including Wedding Receptions, Conferences, Seminars, Exhibitions, Award Ceremonies and Private Parties.
The Old Library can accommodate up to 150 people for banquets and conferences, and up to 300 for a drinks reception.The Old Library is ideally situated in the heart of the acclaimed arts and media quarter, the Custard Factory, a hub of creative enterprises, unique independent retail outlets and artists.
