We had a family wedding here on Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe and the staff. Meal was excellent. The waiters served us throughout the evening and joined in the dance groove as they served. Extra tea for my elderly mum. Rescue support for my drooping wedding cake! So impressed. Thank you so much.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the County Arms, using the Restaurant, Conservatory and a back section of the garden. Chloe (Events Manager) and the rest of the team were incredibly warm, helpful and effective on the day and on each occasion we interacted with them beforehand (e.g. planning, food/wine tasting), able to give advice but always listening to what we wanted. Everything went smoothly and our 50-odd guests all seemed to have a good time and enjoyed the food.

I can’t recommend The County Arms enough for a London wedding venue. Last Saturday really was the best day of our lives whilst we celebrated with 90 friends and family during our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening party. The recently refurbished venue is really beautiful and so tastefully renovated; it was brilliant to have 3 very large separate spaces for the entire day. The rooms looked fabulous and whilst we brought flowers in, further decoration is not really needed since the rooms are all so well adorned in terms of colour and features. The atmosphere created in the Victoria room during the ceremony and the Belvedere during our meal was magical! The staff worked super hard to transform the Victoria room into both a distinctive ceremony room and a brilliant dance floor space for the evening DJ. The food we chose for the day was excellent, as all of our guests agreed.

After much deliberation of local London venues to host out wedding we decided to go with the County Arms and we are so pleased we did. We had 100 guests at the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening party. The food was just fantastic and many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the food. After the meal the Victoria lounge was transformed in to a great space for dancing with a DJ and still having the dining area for guests to relax and chat made the evening perfect. For us the most impressive thing about hosting our Wedding at the County Arms was how great Rowan and her team were. They were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly to us and all our guests. The planning and communication before the day was very quick and efficient, and the flexibility shown to meet our requirements was greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, even last minute printing of speeches and late changes to music etc. Overall I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a great pub venue in London, with excellent food & drinks, and a friendly and efficient team to help plan your day and ensure you and your guests have a fun and memorable occasion.
