I’m a former freelance photographer. I photographed Presidents of the United States to Jennifer Lopez for Vogue and Hello magazine at my studio’s in Los Angeles, New York and London. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I retired 14 years ago and moved from LA to Cardiff, Wales to raise my daughter as her primary caregiver. My daughter is now stable which allows me to go back to work. I have plans to do just a few weddings a year, staying close to home. If you are looking for a photographer who just works undetected in the background (usually inexperienced), than I’m not for you. I will direct key moments in order to take photographs that stand the test of time. I don't rely on Photoshop or apps to create fake photos. I rely on getting it right from the moment I push the shutter. I hate nothing more than looking at photos and thinking the photographer was on LSD because the real world doesn't look anything like their photographs.
Research shows that 65% of all brides were disappointed with the wedding photos. Don't be a statistic! Once the cake is eaten, the guest have all gone home and the dress is put in storage, you shouldn't have to worry if you will have photos that bring back all the memories of your day for generations to see.
If you can find a more experienced photographer at a better price, book him/her! The photographer is the most important person you will hire.
We received your pendrive with our photos and we would like to say thank you so much Scott (and also to Marc and Jasper) for the fantastic job you did for us! We loved how you captured everything from the little details to the important moments so beautifully. We particularly liked how you were full of ideas and constantly scouting for opportunities for that perfect backdrop or that memorable scene. Do take care, all the best and we hope to see you again perhaps sometime in the future!
