And I love my job!

In my experience, what most couples want from their wedding photography is to be able to look at their images and FEEL the day again, even years later; and that's why I bother :-)   A loving glance; unscripted laughter; nervous anticipation; beatutiful scenery; tears of joy. And of course when Uncle Frank slips a disc breakdancing at the reception ;-D  Hallmarks of my work are creative flair, palpable fun, and a fluent an spectacular use of light, both natural and man-made. Just as important as sumptuous photography is my approach to the day, because let's face it - no one likes a wedding photographer who is a pain! My objective at a wedding is to let the clients (and their guests!) ENJOY the photography as opposed to having to endure it. I take a relaxed & light-hearted approach to any ‘staged’ shots that are taking place, such as the group photographs or the couple photographs to make it as engaging as possible. When I can get the crowd laughing with (or at!) me it results in much more relaxed & natural looking pictures. The rest is just fly-on-the-wall spontaneity with cinematic style!
