Pelican Groove are a fabulous live wedding band in South Wales. Each member of Pelican Groove is a highly experienced musician. Collectively, we can proudly say that we have performed at thousands of weddings in South Wales and around the UK. In addition, Andy has been the band-leader for Classic Soul Dogs since 2003 so he’s seriously in tune with what is required of a wedding band at your reception. He is ALWAYS on hand to offer advice and guidance in the lead up to your big day.
Typically, Pelican Groove wedding band will arrive and set-up after the wedding breakfast during the “room turnaround”. We have our “load-in” polished to perfection and we can usually be set up in 45 minutes, often with music playing within 30 minutes.
We have been performing as a live wedding band in South Wales for many years, and are familiar with the vast majority of wedding venues here. We have an excellent relationship with the wedding coordinators, who regularly recommend both Pelican Groove wedding band, and Classic Soul Dogs (our sister band).
