If you are considering a marquee wedding in Hertfordshire there will be a few logistics you will need to consider if you are going to hire a wedding band.
This can’t be run from the house next to the marquee, it has to be stable power from a generator ideally no less than a 65KA rig, which will then also be used by the caterer. You might also want to think about a back up as well if you are having a lot of guests and a lot of power is being drawn
Unless you have a hard floor in your marquee in Essex, the band will need a stage. It’s very difficult to play properly if the floor is uneven.
Think about adding a small section onto the main marquee for the band to change, leave their belongings in and hang out. Make it comfortable with chairs and a table and you could also put some drinks in there for them.
