Clare Bakewell Harpist

Clare has played at many weddings and functions, being a regular at several of the leading hotels in the North West as well as travelling to venues in the North East and Scottish Borders. She has entertained at a wide range of other events including the High Sheriff's Dinner at Muncaster Castle in 2011 as well as for corporate dinners, small family parties and Medieval Fairs.

Clare plays a modern copy of a 17th Century instrument, the Bohemian Troubadour harp which is renowned for its resonance and sweetness of tone.

Clare has recently performed a series of solo concerts across the North of England and has released a CD 'On the Road', one review commented on her 'accomplished playing and beautiful singing voice which complimented each other perfectly'
