Traditionally, invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks before your wedding, however 12-16 weeks is ideal with an RSVP date of 8-10 weeks before your wedding, this will allow time to chase up late responses and finalise your guest numbers.Save the date cards are a good idea if you are getting married during a busy holiday period, these can be sent out 9-12 months before your wedding so that guests have plenty of notice to make arrangements to attend.
While ‘on the day’ stationery such as Order of Service and Menus can be ordered separately to your invitations, you will need to indicate what stationery you are likely to need so that a production time slot can be scheduled in advance.Orders for on the day stationery need to be confirmed and paid for 6 weeks before your wedding. The final wording for Order of Service and names for Table Plans need to be confirmed no later than 4 weeks before your wedding. Delivery of your order would then be 1-2 weeks before your wedding.
