I'm passionate about make-up as an art form; how it can transform you, not only on the outside, but how that then makes you feel on the inside, bringing out a real glow and confidence..and that is simply why I LOVE what I do.
So I decided to get professional training and in 2000, became a fully qualified make-up artist, completing an in-depth course specialising in film, television, commercial and photographic make-up.
I decided to specialise in wedding make-up and have had the pleasure of making over countless brides, bridesmaids, mum's of the bride/groom and those wanting to look great for a special occasion. I was nominated by my 2012 brides (thank you!) for The Wedding Industry Awards 2013 and won Regional Finalist for Best Make-up Artist.
I keep my skills and product knowledge up-to-date by attending MAC Pro Masterclasses and recently took part in their bridal masterclass in London.
I believe a flawless looking complexion is fundamental to fabulous looking make-up and have spent much time researching and trialling foundations and products to achieve this - beautiful skin, without looking or feeling caked on.
I'm a perfectionist and love bringing out the beauty in each individual and creating a look which best suits them and the occasion, from the most natural look to the dramatic. I believe that great make-up should make you feel as good as you look!
