My Chocolate Gallery is a family business based in Romsey, Hampshire producing high quality handmade truffles and chocolate treats. All our chocolates are handcrafted at our home in small batches using high quality single origin chocolate or the finest Belgian chocolate. We always endeavour to use quality locally sourced ingredients where possible and we are proud to be a member of Hampshire Fare.

The inspiration for the business is Claudia’s father, Javier, who has over 50 years’ experience as a chocolatier and pastry chef. Prior to retiring to Romsey, Javier was head chocolatier at Patisserie Valerie in London.
