Once upon a time many years ago a little girl of three wanted to make clothes for her dollies. So her mother bought her a miniature sewing machine. The desire became a passion, soon she was making cloths for herself and her sister. Her name was Sue and by the time she was sixteen years old she was designing and making clothes for grown ups.
The passion had not diminished so Sue studied hard to learn the finer points of design and dress making. The fairytale continued when she got her first job working for Norman Hartnell, then the Queens Dressmaker.
Along came prince charming and Sue got married. While her children were growing up Sue returned to work as a freelance designer and was commissioned by The Chelsea Design Company, to work on clothes for the late Princess Diana and many of the rich and famous. Sue worked very hard and the fairytale went on.
