With bridal gowns ranging in style and price, from designers such as Stella York and Mori Lee, we have a wide selection and the expertise to help you choose the perfect dress - the one that will make you feel most special on your big day!

We allow 2 hours for each appointment so you will have plenty of time to try on as many different styles as you wish. Our aim is to make this a really enjoyable experience and we will do all we can to help you. If you’d like an evening appointment, please ask we will happily accommodate you. We can also offer home appointments if required.

In addition we stock Dessy bridesmaid dresses and offer 15% discount off Dessy dresses when you buy your bridal gown from Brides of Bakewell.

First visit to a wedding shop today with my mum and mother in law to be and it was a very relaxed, very exciting experience! Nothing was too much trouble and both the owner and her daughter were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting and looking at the gorgeous dresses
