Hygiene and safety are our top priority , and we have installed a state-of-the-art 'flight' dish washing system with a special high temperature water system that means glassware and cutlery are left shiny and clean at the end of the wash and dry cycle . All crockery and cutlery are then cling wrapped to ensure they arrive on-site ready for immediate use.
