Anthony has a first class culinary background, having trained classically at the Savoy and Dorchester Hotels, London. He then spent several years gaining expertise in Michelin-starred restaurants in the south of France, including the world renowned Hotel du Cap. From there he travelled extensively through Asia gaining regional expertise, before embarking on his own hospitality businesses. Anthony is the creative inspiration behind Indulgence.
Jo, a graduate in food marketing and business, has developed a fine understanding of the importance of impeccable service. Jo has worked closely with the finest British Food producers and is passionate about serving the best products available from the UK. She has a deep founded knowledge and love of seasonal, fresh and exciting produce with a creative flair for menu design and looking out for the next on trend products and dishes. A perfectionist at heart and an eye for detail when it comes to weddings and parties.
Over the years both Jo and Anthony have had the privilege of working for many members of the Royal Family and at VVIP events, where of course discretion is paramount.
Amazing service! Joe our head caterer was brilliant. Last minute guest changes were not an issue, the service was fantiastic and Joe Helped run our wedding day flawlessly. The catering team ran the bar and the food was delicious. Worth every penny.
