Coverwood, a family owned property since 1954, is home to a number of distinct activities these include. Our philosophy is straight forward. To produce what we can direct from our farm and what we can't provide ourselves, to source as locally as possible.
Nowadays the food we eat is full of E numbers, preservatives and heaven knows what else. We take things back a few decades and seek to ensure the food we cook is as natural as the moment it is picked or butchered. And don't worry we also do some excellent vegetarian dishes including superb burgers.
Unlike a hotel or traditional caterer, we ask our clients to suggest their ideal meal. We'll then take those ideas and produce a refined and completely bespoked menu that you simply won't get anywhere else.
We are not a hotel style silver service outfit but more of an informal and fun team of people focused on making your event memorable. One thing is gauranteed though and thats the quality of produce, the taste and the delivery of service.
