The Red Olive Catering Company has been catering for prestigious events since 2001. Founded by Charlie Thellusson, a Michelin trained chef, the name Red Olive is now synonymous with quality, excellence and professionalism, traits that delight our brides, grooms and their guests.

The Red Olive kitchen is headed by Darren Coslett-Blaize, also a Michelin trained chef, and supported by a team of dedicated and talented event chefs who are passionate about the food they deliver and spend many hours in development to offer our clients a bespoke menu specific to their requirements.

Red Olives front of house team have many years of event experience between them, and are experts at guiding you through the months and days leading up to your wedding, culminating in a personal service on your big day. Always on hand to offer advice or answer your questions, your event manager will be a friend and confidant who will stop at nothing to make your wedding planning as stress free as possible.

Thank you Charlie and all of you for providing such incredible food, combined with a wonderfully professional and friendly service. It made such a difference to our day that we were providing such quality, but also that we totally trusted it was gluten free and we are so grateful for how smoothly it was all managed.

Wow!!!! Beth you guys were utterly fantastic last night, a massive THANK YOU goes to you, Charlie and the team!!!! We had so many guests come up to us and say how amazing the food was, often followed by the phrase 'the best wedding food I've ever had'!! It really was impressive. Obviously a very special 'thank you' to you for coordinating things on Friday and yesterday but also to you and the two chaps (behind the bar most of the night I think) who saved the flower ring the day before. It could have ended in disaster and so fortuitous you were helping to push it up and managed to hold it for so long. Please pass on our thanks to them!! Thank you so much again and please pass on our thanks for the day to Charlie and the team.
