Thank you for providing the hog roast for our wedding last weekend. You were brilliant! Everyone really enjoyed the food including the excellent salads and sauces. Darren and his team made the evening reception of our wedding a huge success. He went to every length to cater for all our needs, evening sourcing real ale from a specific brewery to be served in the bar service which he provided. We enjoyed the very reasonably priced south african themed BBQ, with prego rolls, piri piri chicken, lemon and herb chicken, and Boerewors Sausage (which was amazing) and all the condiments and salad etc. Everyone commented on how fantastic the food and service was and how well it suited our outdoor Tipi wedding. We can't recommend Darren and Big 5 Catering enough and my dad is currently trying to find an excuse to use them in the future, most likely his 60th, so we look forward to seeing him again then.
