I have always enjoyed baking but my passion for designing & decorating cakes started with my wish to surprise my two children with something spectacular for their birthdays and it is from there that my love of baking in the home kitchen grew into a business.
I believe a cake is only truly fantastic if it tastes as good as it looks which is why everything is handcrafted using only the finest ingredients; local free range eggs, real butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla & Belgian chocolate to create a fabulous taste as well as a stunning design.
Sally Jane Cake Design is a fully registered & insured business. I hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.

Celebration Cakes are usually based on dessert portions of 1" x 2" Wedding Cakes are usually based on a finger serving of 1" x 1"
