Erica Galvin is a highly qualified, award winning decorator of individually designed and handcrafted wedding cakes.
She has over 15 years experience in Sugarcraft and has obtained an ABC certificate to advanced level (with distinction) from Brooklands College in Weybridge obtaining skills in royal icing, sugarpaste techniques, marzipan, sugar flowers and chocolate work. Her passion for cake decoration has led her to win many gold and silver awards at prestigious competitions around the country.
She is also an accredited demonstrator and member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and a freelance tutor, having taught students from all over the UK and abroad including students from Dubai, India, Turkey and France and teaches regularly for several sugarcraft shops in London and the South East. Erica has also written several articles for Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine and her cake designs have been published in Wedding Cakes: a Design Source Magazine.
