The ceremony can follow the structure of a traditional wedding or be more of a fun and informal celebration, it really is up to you. I spend time discussing the dreams and desires you have for your future and how you wish to convey your love and commitment. I can help you write vows that truly express your feelings for each other and suggest ways to include your friends and family.

One of the benefits of a tailor made ceremony is being able to add traditional or religious elements or blend different cultures and beliefs. As well as exchanging rings you could include handfasting, ringwarming or jumping the broom. And of course you can still have familiar elements like signing a certificate, an “I do” or a first kiss. As well as finding words that are significant and meaningful to you both a bespoke ceremony enables you to make the most of the setting; creating an atmosphere that truly reflects your own style and values. In addition to traditional venues I have conducted weddings and vow renewals in woods, fields, stately homes, gardens, village halls, pubs, marquees and even on an island.
