A wonderful place to shop for 'the dress'. Claire was exceptionally helpful, she asked for my budget range then spent the better part of an hour helping me try on every style of dress so we could rule out those that didn't suit me. Then found 8 dresses of the same style but different designs until we found the 'one'. Nothing was ever too much for her. She was friendly, professional, complimentary and gave advice throughout my experience. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you Claire and serena bridal I highly recommend xxx

I attended one of the Serena Bridal Perfect Evenings on Thursday. It was my very first time to try on any dresses and the whole experience was above and beyond what I could have hoped for! Lauryn was so knowledgeable in what would suit me and after lots of bubbles, laughs and nibbles, I left the shop feeling very much in love with not one, but two dresses! I came out of London to shop for my wedding dress because I desperately wanted to visit a down to earth, friendly boutique and Serena Bridal was exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to go back and choose my eventual dress! I would far rather buy from Lauryn than from anyone else.

Lauren and all the girls at Serena bridal were fab! I went in having an idea of what I wanted but instantly they pulled out another handful of dresses (just in case). I'm so glad they did as the one I thought I'd love really didn't suit me. They hand picked out of rails of dresses my perfect wedding dress, something that I hadn't even considered and it was perfect. .. Thank you serena bridal
