Demi Rennie and Kyle Bevis-Roadnight created the rustic barn wedding of their dreams – with a little help from their friends.
“I think our wedding was so special because we were lucky enough to have so many amazing people helping us,” Demi, 25, says.
“Kyle’s cousin Sophie made our bunting with the date of our wedding which we hung in pride of place on the entrance to the barn. My bridesmaids and mother in-law helped so much with setting up. My mother in-law collected jars and tins for months on end to fill with flowers, my father in-law made table decorations, games and the doughnut board.
“My friend did our flowers, everyone wanted to help us in whatever way they could and it made us feel so loved.”
Demi and Kyle, 32, from Crawley, West Sussex, wed on July 8, 2017 in front of 62 family and friends at Bartholomew Barn in Kindford. Celebrations with 96 guests continued at the same venue into the evening.
“It was relaxed and informal. We just wanted everyone to be comfortable,” Demi says of the rustic barn wedding.
“People danced all night and had an amazing time.”
